To Make a Firm Booking

A firm booking is made by completing the online booking form/system and sending it. No contract exists until we have received full payment and have issued an instant booking confirmation. The person signing the booking form confirms that he/she is duly authorised to bind all members of his/her party to the terms of this contract (each being jointly and severally responsible).

Payments

Bookings made on the day of your lesson must be paid in full at the time of booking.  We do except cash and card payments on the beach. advanced bookings must also be paid in full at the time of booking, we reserve the right to consider our booking contract terminated, by you, if any payment is late. 

Prices

Prices are based on lessons described on our website. Any requests for variations to advertised lessons or trips will be treated as special requests and as such do not form part of our contract with you, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations By You

Cancellations are only accepted when received in writing/email, and charges will be made as follows. More than 24 hours before booked lessons: 100% of your payment value will be refunded in gift vouchers which are valid for 18 months. 24 hours or less: neither funds or gift vouchers are available. You may of course appeal and in exceptional circumstances we may refund within the terms of the policy minus a 2.5% transaction fee.

T&C’s changes for 2021 - If your trip is affected by Covid and you notify us 72hours prior to the start date of your session with us.

We can move your booking to a suitable date in the future. We can supply you with a voucher for the full amount. We can refund the cost of your activity in full. Please note: Full refunds will only be provided in the event of Government lockdowns.

Cancellations Made By Us

Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that all arrangements satisfy your requirements, nevertheless it may be necessary in some situations to make alterations particularly if events outside our control dictate. In the rare event of a lesson being cancelled due to uncooperative weather conditions i.e. extreme winds, thunder & lighting, water conditions or fog we will be happy to rearrange your lesson for the next suitable day or issue a full refund should you be unable to reschedule. ESKINZO reserves the right to make a charge to make good any damage or loss caused by negligence. ESKINZO reserves the right to cancel any current and future lessons if unreasonable behaviour is present or if we decide the safety of others are at risk.

Liability

(i) ESKINZO is happy to accept full responsibility for acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents and suppliers in carrying out their contracted obligations. (ii) In addition we accept responsibility should the services we have agreed to provide prove deficient or not of a reasonable standard save that. ESKINZO shall not be responsible nor accept liability for death, bodily injury or illness caused to the signatory to the contract and/or any member of the group except as provided in (iii) below. (iii) ESKINZO shall accept responsibility for negligent acts and/or omissions by our employees, agents, suppliers or sub-contractors while they are acting within the scope of or in the course of their duties to ESKINZO. ESKINZO will deal with claims arising as a result of death, bodily injury or illness caused to the signatory, to the contract or any bona fide member of the group. Where the services in question consist of carriage by air or sea ESKINZO shall be entitled to limit its obligations and liabilities as provided by relevant international conventions. Claims under this paragraph will be subject to English law.
